• Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• If only 1 or 2 items from a qualifying set of 3 are returned, the promotional benefit will not be recalculated proportionally.
• Delivery costs are subject to our standard shipping conditions. Where free shipping applied to the original order, the standard shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount upon return. For orders with paid delivery, no return costs will be charged.

• Returns will only be accepted if items are undamaged and show no signs of use.

In the interests of their genuine concern with environmental issues they have introduced internal procedures and a politics of environmental responsibility which ensures limited use of plastics, a reduced consumption of water, installation of LED T-5 and CFL, and the recycling of paper and cardboard.
